How to Garden Indoors & Grow Your Own Food Year Round: Ultimate Guide to Vertical, Container, and Hydroponic Gardening by Kim Roman My rating: 4 of 5 stars Lots of great information for growing food indoors. I have recently been interested in not just starting seeds indoors but to actually grow and harvest, this book describes several ways to do just that. Hydroponics, lighting, and even making sure your floor is strong enough to use some the the systems. Also info on varieties to grow. Very informative plus I found some experts to follow on Instagram.
